-Ginger Tea



GINGER TEA MIXTURE: accelerating the gut to digest food runs and facilitates digestion.
Recipe: 1 stick cinnamon 4-5 cardamom grains, 1 ginger root, 2 cloves and a pinch of black pepper and mix them. Add 5 cups water 2 tablespoons of tea and boil for 10-20 minutes over low fire.
For 10-15 min. After waiting strain through a sieve.

-Calendula tea



Calendula tea: stimulating the circulatory system, blood and the body has a cleaner features the harmful fats. Is also diaphoretic and diuretic, swelling of the body which helps to remove excess water.

Preparation: One teaspoon of Calendula left to infuse for 5 minutes by adding two cups of boiling water.
